12 Month Intensive Programming Includes:

Individualized nutritional counseling with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health Behavior Expert 

Frequent meetings to review your health goals and keep you on the right track to meet them is essential to your success!  Once you reach your goal destination, you'll want to make sure you don't lose ground with all of your hard work!  This program includes:


  • Weekly meetings with Dr. Amy for 8 consecutive weeks

  • Followed by twice monthly meetings for four months

  • Monthly meetings for 6 months. 


Location is not an obstacle! All counseling sessions are virtual, in real time. No traffic or weather worries.  From the comfort of your home, office, or hotel, schedule meetings at a time that works for you.   

Educational Materials Library 

In order to make the most effective use of your individualized counseling time, you will have private access to several short video lessons and supporting educational handouts.  The video lessons will provide helpful information for you to start working on your health goals.  Each video lesson ranges in length from 3-10 minutes.  By viewing video lessons between your scheduled individualized counseling sessions, you will have time to try out some new things and get feedback from your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).  Handouts can be downloaded and printed from your computer.

Personalized and instantaneous monitoring and feedback of goals through the Healthie app

Self-monitoring is an important strategy to help you meet your goals.  Through the Healthie app, you can upload photos into your food journal and get feedback from your RDN!  You can also use the app to keep track of your weight, amount of physical activity (including data from your fitbit), hours of sleep, blood pressure, and more.  Send questions to your registered dietitian nutritionist any time through the chat feature.  This is especially convenient when you’re out and about and you have a quick question or need some guidance about a specific food or social situation.
