Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email from "Healthie Notifier" with instructions for setting up your account. This is an internet based account (i.e. you don't need to download any software). The account only takes a few minutes to set up; you will use your email and create your own password. Once you have an account, you will be directed to fill out forms (medical history, etc.). Upon completion of these forms, you can start using your Healthie account for secure messaging and for tracking health goals, meals, exercise, blood pressure, etc. Prior to each appointment, you will receive a unique link for your video call appointment.
What computer requirements do I need to have?
For video chat appointments, you will need a computer with a microphone and webcam or a smartphone. Telephone meetings are also an option.
